The assignment was to make a high fidelity prototype app.
The app is customer-friendly and the way it is designed is correct. The app guides you to put together a Thai curry. All ingredients and buttons/icons are designed by myself. The logo and stand icon can also be seen in the app, so you can see from which company you ordered the curry. I have devised all the steps you take in the app by creating a flowchart and wireframe.

Style research
In the collages I show how I associate Thailand with different shapes, colors, images, patterns, etc. I later use these collages for inspiration to investigate the different styles for the ingredients.
Style sketches of ingredients
Chosen style
The style I have chosen is a somewhat sketch-like way of drawing. The lines are not completely connected to each other, which gives it a more playful effect. I chose this style because I wanted to keep my ingredients a bit simpler so that I can focus properly on the elements around it and you can see at a glance what kind of ingredient it is.
Devoloping the sketch
I developed the sketch into a beautiful drawing style. The ingredients were all worked out on Procreate and later transferred to Adobe Illustrator with the tracing tool.

Logo & standicon
Standicon Tuk Tuk Thai
For the company Tuk Tuk Thai, I made a stand icon and logo. The stand icon has become a Tuk Tuk, in the style of the ingredients. The tuk tuk came about because a Tuk Tuk is something typical that comes from Asia, and also from Thailand. There are different movement elements added to the Tuk Tuk, when you watch the video of the Highfidelity app.
Logo Tuk Tuk Thai
In the logo you see the Tuk Tuk. I made several sketches in advance. I eventually went for sketch number 5, because I thought the Tuk Tuk looked best here, because the company is also called Tuk Tuk Thai.
